Information on this website is general and may change. A website submission does not create a service contract or guarantee pricing, scheduling, availability, or project acceptance. Project scope and pricing are confirmed separately in writing.
HD Flooring text messages
When you check the SMS consent box on an HD Flooring form, you agree to receive transactional text messages about the estimate request or service you initiated. Messages may include confirmation, scheduling, follow-up, or customer-care information. Message frequency varies.
Rates, help, and opt-out
Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; after your opt-out request is processed, you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Carrier availability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may depend on your carrier, device, coverage, and other systems outside HD Flooring's control.
