When you request an estimate or contact HD Flooring, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, communication preferences, and technical information needed to operate and secure our website.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare and schedule estimates, provide requested flooring services, keep service records, protect against fraud or abuse, and improve our customer service.
AI Front Desk
When the AI assistant is available, your chat messages are processed by our AI service provider and saved for HD Flooring and 5th Element Digital to provide support and review response quality. A temporary browser cookie connects messages in your conversation. Please do not share payment details, passwords, or other sensitive information in chat. The assistant does not book appointments or submit an estimate request; use our contact form or call our team for those requests.
Text messaging
If you separately opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send transactional messages about your estimate request or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile-data sharing
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver and support messages, only as needed to provide those services.
